SW Locums is recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker for a full-time locum opportunity with Devon County Council.

Role Details

• Pay: £31.00–£35.00 per hour

• Hours: 37 hours per week

• Working pattern: Monday to Friday

• Start: ASAP

• Contract: Full-time locum

• Focus: Adult Social Care, Safeguarding and Disability

• Primarily supporting working-age adults

About the Role

Devon County Council is looking for an enthusiastic and competent Social Worker who is confident working with Devon’s systems and processes and can help the service address outstanding work.

Your work will mainly focus on:

• Safeguarding under Section 42(2)

• Initial assessments

• Urgent reviews

• Disability-focused social work

• Supporting adults of working age to achieve positive outcomes
