Advanced Social Worker - Disabled Children
📍 Barnstaple, North Devon | 💰 Up to £42ph | 🕒 18.5 hrs (Wed-Fri)

🔹 The Role

• Lead and support a team alongside the Team Manager
• Work with children & families with complex needs
• Mentor, coach and develop colleagues
• Drive high-quality, evidence-based practice

🔹 What You'll Need

• 3+ years PQE
• Social Work England registration
• Experience at Advanced/Senior level
• Strong multi-agency working experience
• Full UK driving licence & access to a car

🔹 The Offer

• Up to £42 per hour (DOE)
• £150 weekly accommodation/commuter support (T&Cs apply)
• Hybrid working (1-2 office days required)
• Set working pattern: Wed (½ day), Thurs & Fri
