Job Description:

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a well-established organisation, covering a large regional patch across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon and Cornwall, with the office base in Plymouth.

The successful candidate will already be experienced in carrying out asbestos surveys within domestic dwellings and will hold a P402 qualification. Experience within a housing association environment is desirable but not essential.

You'll need to be a confident communicator, comfortable working with a range of people and able to represent the organisation professionally when visiting properties.

Accuracy is key in this role, so you'll have a keen eye for detail and be confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and asset registers, to ensure survey information is recorded correctly.

A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as the role involves extensive travel across the region.

• Experience carrying out asbestos surveys in domestic dwellings
• P402 qualification
• Housing association experience is desirable, but not essential

• Full UK manual driving licence

• Salary up to £43,100, depending on experience
