Support the review of drawings, specifications and construction details to ensure works are carried out correctly.
Monitor site progress and assist with the coordination of follow-on trades to ensure a smooth transition into the internal works phase.
Help identify potential construction issues and escalate any concerns to the Site Manager.
Internal Works and Fit-Out
Assist in managing and coordinating internal trades, including drylining, partitions, plastering, M&E installations, screeding, joinery, decorating, flooring and final finishes.
Monitor subcontractor progress against the construction programme and help ensure work is completed on time.
Carry out regular site inspections to check workmanship, quality and compliance with drawings and specifications.
Coordinate the sequencing and interfaces between trades to minimise delays, rework and disruption.
Assist with the delivery of student bedrooms, communal areas, corridors and other shared facilities to the required quality standards.
Identify defects and incomplete works, ensuring these are recorded, communicated and rectified promptly.
Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on progress, outstanding issues and upcoming activities.
