Job Description:

We are pleased to present an excellent opportunity for a Car Sales Executive to join a well-established franchised main car dealership in Torquay. This position is ideal for a motivated individual looking to advance their automotive sales career within a reputable dealership environment. The Car Sales Executive will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and contributing to dealership profitability.

• Competitive basic salary of £20,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £45,000 annually
• Five-day working week, with no Sundays required

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships
• Providing excellent product knowledge and engaging with customers to meet their needs
• Achieving sales targets and supporting the dealership’s profitability
• Building strong rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and positive feedback
• Handling customer enquiries efficiently and professionally, ensuring a high level of service
• Contributing to the overall success of the dealership’s sales team

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar motor trade role
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A driven attitude to meet and exceed sales targets
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
