Job Title: Cash Management Assistant

Location: Gladstone House, Gladstone Road, Exeter, EX1 2ED or Devonshire House, Riverside Road, Barnstaple, EX31

Trust: Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS FT

Payrate: Band 2, £12.92 per hour

Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm (7.5 hrs/day flexibly) (37.5 hours per week)

Duration: Start: ASAP End date: 30/09/2026

Job Description:

This is a patient and visitor-facing role, providing a welcoming first point of contact for anyone attending or contacting the hospital.

The  main duties will be to assist and actively support the Cash Management Manager and Team Leaders in providing a reliable, accurate and efficient service with regard to the collection of receivables and credit control, and assisting within the General Office providing information and services to patients, customers and members of Trust staff.
