Construction Administration

St David Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure organisation for an experienced Construction Administrator to join their busy Highways team based in Tiverton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support a major infrastructure project. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong Excel skills and enjoy keeping projects running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

As Construction Administrator, you will:

• Provide administrative support to the commercial and operational teams
• Process client applications and maintain accurate project records
• Enter and update data within commercial management systems
• Monitor and maintain project trackers and data schedules
• Liaise with site teams to obtain outstanding information and documentation
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies
• Support project compliance and governance requirements
• Assist with a variety of general administrative duties as required

Our client requires a Construction Administrator with:

• Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, infrastructure or engineering
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• Confidence learning new systems and processes
• Experience using finance, purchasing or commercial management systems would be advantageous
