Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant
Location: Exmouth
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum

The Company:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking law firm based in Exmouth. Known for providing a professional and client-focused service, the firm is looking to expand its Residential Conveyancing team with the addition of an experienced Conveyancing Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team, supporting a Partner and experienced conveyancers in delivering a high-quality service to clients throughout the property transaction process.

The Role:

• Provide administrative and transactional support to the Partner and Residential Conveyancing team
• Assist with the progression of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties to obtain information and documentation
• Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and correspondence using the firm's case management system

Skills, Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Assistant within a law firm is essential
• Good understanding of the residential conveyancing process
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a busy environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced using case management systems
• Professional, proactive and client-focused approach
• No specific qualifications are required; however, relevant conveyancing experience is essential
