Customer Service Order Processor
Hourly Rate: £13.59
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm (rota basis) + occasional Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Contract: Temporary (4 -6 weeks)

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Operator to provide high-quality support to key internal and external customers. This is a fast-paced role where you will manage orders, resolve queries, and ensure excellent customer service at all times. 

Key duties

• Manage customer orders, prescriptions, and complaints
  
  
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow
  
  
• Provide solutions to customer queries quickly and professionally
  
  
• Produce accurate reports and maintain records
  
  
• Support key accounts with tailored customer service
  
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to improve customer experience
  
  

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
  
  
• Strong communication and organisation skills
  
  
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
  
  
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
  
  
• SAP / CRM experience desirable but not essential
