Customer Support Specialist
 
The Opportunity:

Do you thrive on delivering high levels of Customer Service?  Are you able to pick up technical information with ease?  Do you like the sound of working with mechanical engine spare parts and customers on a daily basis?  This technically orientated Customer Service role is varied, you take ownership for your own workload requires you to use your initiative.  There are no customer service scripts to follow in this job!
 
The Opportunity:

• The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing a first class service to our UK customers, working within a dedicated support team.
• You will provide guidance and deal with all queries relating to spare parts availability, new and existing orders, delivery and any quality issues thereafter.
• You will provide excellent levels of customer service via the telephone, answering incoming calls, email and webchat.
• Process sales orders and direct ship orders
• Offer technical advice and up sell • Create awareness for current special offers • Any other reasonable duties to support the function

You’ll be able to offer:

• Proven customer service experience, ideally within a technical environment.
• The ability to pick up technical information.
• This role is firmly embedded within the provision of mechanical spare parts supply. An understanding of car spare parts, or agricultural machinery spare parts would be highly advantageous (although not essential).

Working Hours:
This is rotating shift based role, but only requiring you to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm (ie 8-5, 8.30-5.30 or 9-6).
