We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing organisation looking to add a Customer Services Specialist to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, finding solutions, and delivering an exceptional experience from enquiry through to completion.

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team where customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

As a Customer Services Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for incoming customer enquiries, taking ownership of requests and providing tailored solutions to meet individual needs. You'll build strong relationships with customers, liaise with external partners, and work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

This role would suit someone with previous customer service experience, internal sales experience, or experience working in a busy office-based environment where relationship building and problem-solving are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries and delivering tailored solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
• Managing requests from enquiry through to completion.
• Delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining accuracy while managing multiple priorities.
• Ensuring service standards are met and customers receive a seamless experience.

About You

We're looking for a positive, motivated and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent service.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous customer service and/or internal sales experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A professional and confident telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment would be advantageous
