Job Title: IT Data Administrator (NHS role)
Location: 100% Onsite at The Annex, County Hall, EX2 4QD. (May be required to travel to other sites within the Royal Devon University)

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: £14.05/hr + pro rata 25 days per year paid holiday (worth £1.98/hr) + NHSP pays for your Employer's NI (worth ~ £2.98/hr) = £19.01/hr

Expected hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)

Job Summary:

This role is ideally for someone with IT Support or Customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a main patient index database with demographic updates. This includes validating and correcting patient level data for the Trust to report accurate data.
• Answering phone calls, handling incoming emails and speaking to staff and members of the public on a day-to-day basis.
