Document Controller

Exeter | Permanent | Full-Time
£35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Sphere Solutions are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor to recruit an experienced Document Controller to join their construction team based in Exeter.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all project documentation
• Maintain electronic document management systems
• Ensure documentation complies with company standards
• Compile and manage Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
• Monitor document workflows to ensure information is issued and received
• Support project teams with document control processes throughout the project lifecycle

About You

• Previous experience as a Document Controller
• Strong knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS) and 4Projects
• Experience managing technical drawings and construction documentation
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and databases
• Ability to travel to sites locally
