Counterbalance Forklift Operative

Cullompton Area

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operative to join a busy, well-established warehouse operation based in the Cullompton area. This role involves operating a counterbalance forklift alongside general warehouse duties in a dynamic environment.

Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Thursday
• Start Time: 16:00
• Finish Time: Approximately 02:00 – 03:00

Key Responsibilities of Forklift Operative:

• Operate a counterbalance (CB) forklift safely and efficiently
• Load and unload goods in a timely manner
• Transport stock within the warehouse as required
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance (CB) forklift licence – essential
• Previous experience in forklift operation or warehouse roles is preferred
• Ability to work late shifts with flexible finishing times
• Reliable, punctual and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
