Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a General Production Operative to join a manufacturing team in Willand.

This is a full-time temporary position involving supporting the day-to-day production process and ensuring products are packed, processed and handled to a high standard. The position offers afternoon and evening working hours, with an increased hourly rate for hours worked after 5pm.

What We Offer

• £12.71 per hour until 5pm.

• £15.89 per hour for hours worked after 5pm.

Hours

• Monday to Thursday, 12pm-9pm.

• Friday, 12pm-7:45pm.

Key Duties

• Assist with the production, packing and labelling of finished products.

• Follow operational procedures and meet daily production targets and deadlines.

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation and safety on the factory floor.

• Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure orders are completed on time.

Requirements

• Experience in a production, packing or warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.

• Good level of spoken and written English.

• Ability to work the required afternoon and evening shift pattern.
