Job Description:

Civils Operative / Groundworker

📍 A38 Project | 💷 £21.50 CIS | ⏰ 47.5 Hours per Week

We are currently recruiting experienced Civils Operatives / Groundworkers to join a highways infrastructure project on the A38.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading highways contractor on a busy civil engineering project with immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities

• General groundworks and civils duties

• Hand excavating trial holes to locate underground services

• Assisting with highways construction and maintenance activities

• Working safely in accordance with site health and safety requirements

• Supporting the wider site team as required

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card

• Groundworks or civils experience

• Experience locating underground utilities/services

• Ability to work effectively within a site team

Desirable

• CPCS or NPORS tickets

• Highways or infrastructure project experience

Package

• £21.50 CIS

• Immediate start

• Initial 1-month contract with potential extension

• 47.5 hours per week
