Job Description:

Need an HCA/Support Worker for a Care Home to:

• Serve meals and assist patients with their feeding.
• Help people move around & make beds.
• Support the care home floors. 
• Make patients feel comfortable with good communication
• Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
• DBS with updated service 
• Moving & Handling with Practical Training.
