Your responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents.

• Assist residents with personal care, washing, dressing and daily activities.

• Support residents with mobility and moving safely.

• Promote residents' dignity, independence and well-being.

• Monitor residents' general well-being and report any concerns.

• Maintain accurate care records and follow care-home procedures.

• Work effectively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.

Essential requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

• Minimum 6 months of UK healthcare experience, preferably within a care home or nursing home.

• A valid DBS certificate, registered on the DBS Update Service.

• Up-to-date mandatory healthcare training certificates.

• The right to work in the UK.

• Good communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.

• Reliability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
