Salary: £155 - £232.58 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream secondary school in Exeter that is seeking to appoint a dedicated Health and Social Care Teacher. The school prides itself on creating a positive learning environment where students are encouraged to achieve their full potential and staff are supported in their professional development.

The school is looking to appoint a full-time Health and Social Care Teacher from September. The successful Health and Social Care Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging Health and Social Care lessons, supporting student progress and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning across the department.

The successful Health and Social Care Teacher will have:

• QTS with a relevant subject specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)

• Experience teaching Health and Social Care within a secondary school setting

• Strong knowledge of the Health and Social Care curriculum

• Excellent classroom management skills

• A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning

• Strong communication and organisational skills
