🚛 HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers Wanted – Exeter 🚛

Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Available

We’re currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 and HGV Class 2 Drivers for a leading logistics operation based in Exeter.

💷 Pay Rates

• HGV Class 1: £19.24 per hour
• HGV Class 2: £17.89 per hour
• Overtime (after 48 hours):
  • HGV Class 1: £28.86 per hour
  • HGV Class 2: £26.84 per hour

📅 Shift Pattern

• Week 1: Monday to Friday
• Week 2: Monday to Saturday
• 2-hour paid induction provided

🚚 The Role

• Store deliveries across the South of England
• Trunking runs between depots
• Delivering goods in roll cages
• Completing accurate records of:
  • Deliveries
  • Mileage
  • Fuel usage
  • Any incidents or vehicle defects
• Adhering to company health & safety procedures, delivery protocols, and customer service standards
• Some loading and unloading required

✅ Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 or Class 2 licence
• Valid CPC qualification
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Good understanding of driver compliance and transport regulations
• Reliable and professional attitude
