Lettings Administrator
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected independent estate agency as a Lettings Administrator.
You'll play an important role within a busy lettings department, providing administrative support to the wider team and helping ensure new tenancies, property records and day-to-day lettings processes are managed efficiently.

The Role
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the lettings team.
- Prepare tenancy documentation and associated paperwork.
- Progress new tenancies and ensure documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate landlord, tenant and property records.
- Update the CRM and internal property systems.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and applicants by telephone and email.
- Assist with referencing and compliance documentation.
- Support tenancy renewals and relets.
- Assist with the marketing and launch of available properties.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide a high level of customer service.
- Support the wider lettings team with general administration.
About You
We're looking for an organised, proactive and personable individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
You could already be working within lettings or estate agency administration, or come from a strong administrative or customer service background and be looking to develop a career within property.
You'll have:
- Previous administration or customer service experience.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence dealing with customers by telephone and email.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good IT skills and confidence using databases and CRM systems.
- A proactive and professional approach.
- Previous property or lettings experience would be advantageous but isn't essential.
