Brixham | £13.56–£14.31 per hour | c25 hours per week

Our Client’s residential care home in Brixham, is looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Person to help keep the home safe, comfortable and well maintained for residents.

The Role

• Carry out general repairs and routine maintenance.
• Undertake painting, decorating, basic plumbing and plastering.
• Complete basic electrical maintenance where suitably qualified.
• Clear drains and carry out gardening and external maintenance.
• Test fire alarms and emergency lighting as required.
• Report maintenance issues and help maintain a safe environment.

About You

• Good general DIY and practical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in basic carpentry, painting and decorating.
• Ideally, around two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
