Mechanical Design Engineer (Excellent Training)

Office Based, Exeter - commutable from Sidmouth, Exmouth, Torquay, Tiverton and surrounding areas.

£36,500-£40,000 + Office Based, Monday to Friday + Holiday + Pension + Company Benefits + Early Finish on Fridays

The role will see the candidate designing and developing new and existing products, from concept through to completion. Working in the engineering department you will be working closely with the Engineering Manager to aid with the development testing of the company's creations.

The ideal candidate will an understanding of mechanical engineering, proficient working with CAD packages (e.g. Solidworks or SolidEdge) and have experience implementing improvements within manufacturing.

The Role:
*Developing new and existing products
*Working from Concept to Completion
*Technical Training and Development opportunities
*Working with a team to resolve process issues and identify areas for improvement

The Person:
*Mechanical Design Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer/ Production Engineer / Development Engineer or similar backgrounds all considered
*Knowledge and experience using Solid Edge / Solid Works
*Extensive knowledge of mechanical principals
