Tiverton | £13.19 per hour, rising to £14.90 per hour when fully trained | Monday to Friday | 6am-2:30pm | Temporary to Permanent Opportunity | Immediate Starts Available

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a Mixing & Dispensing Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Tiverton.

The role involves mixing and dispensing products, following production processes and supporting the wider production team to achieve targets.

What We Offer

• £13.19 per hour starting rate.

• Early finish every day at 2:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh and measure ingredients and materials accurately.
• Mix and dispense products to precise specifications.
• Follow production instructions and recipes.
• Complete production and quality records.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and housekeeping.
• Support the wider production team to meet targets.

Requirements

Essential:

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

• Previous manufacturing, production, mixing or dispensing experience.
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence.

Candidates without a Counterbalance Forklift Licence are encouraged to apply, as training can be provided for the right individual.
