Job Description:

About the Role

We're urgently recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners for nurseries across Torquay. Whether you want the freedom of flexible agency work, the security of a block booking, or you're ready to settle into a permanent role with a great setting, we've got options to suit you.

Agency Work, Earn £17/hr

• Competitive pay at £17 per hour, paid weekly
• Block bookings available - secure regular, guaranteed work with the same setting over an extended period, rather than picking up ad-hoc shifts
• Total flexibility - choose the days, hours and settings that fit around your life
• Work across a variety of nurseries and age groups, building your CV and experience fast
• Fast-track registration - get compliant and start working within days
• No lock-in - pick up as much or as little work as you want, week to week

Permanent Positions Also Available

• Stable, full-time roles with settings looking to build their teams long-term
• Clear progression opportunities, including routes to Room Leader and beyond
• Full employment benefits, holiday pay, and pension
• We manage the entire process for you - from application to offer - completely free of charge

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential)
• Genuine passion for working with children
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong understanding of EYFS

Why Register With Us?

We work with a wide network of nurseries across Torquay and can usually get compliant candidates working within days - including secured block bookings for those wanting more consistent hours. Whether you're after flexible agency shifts, a block booking, or a permanent home, we'll find the right fit for you.

Apply now and one of our team will be in touch to discuss the best route for you whether its agency, permanent, or both.
