We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Nursery Practitioners to join our fantastic network of nurseries and early years settings across Exeter and the surrounding areas.

• Creating a safe, happy and stimulating environment for children aged 0–5.

• Supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities.

• Building positive relationships with children, parents and nursery teams.

• Supporting daily routines, including mealtimes, personal care and outdoor play.

• Following the EYFS framework and promoting children's individual development.

• Ensuring safeguarding and children's wellbeing remain a top priority.

• Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification, or QTS.

• Previous experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting.

• A genuine passion for working with young children.

• A caring, patient and enthusiastic personality.

• Confidence working with different age groups, from babies to preschool.

• Flexibility, reliability and the ability to adapt to different nursery environments.

• A good understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS framework.

• Competitive pay: £14.25–£16.00 per hour.
