This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to join a busy office in a varied role supporting day-to-day operations. Working alongside a welcoming and experienced team, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of business activities across the organisation.
The RoleAs an Operations Administrator, you will provide administrative and coordination support across the business, helping to maintain efficient processes and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key Responsibilities- Providing general administrative support to colleagues across the business
- Managing diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
- Assisting with the organisation of events, meetings and team activities
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and company documentation
- Handling incoming telephone calls, emails and enquiries
- Preparing documents, reports and presentations
- Supporting internal processes and procedures
- Liaising with suppliers, clients and external contacts
- Supporting office facilities and maintaining a professional working environment
- Assisting with onboarding activities for new employees
- Carrying out a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team
About You- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination or business support role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business systems
- Positive, proactive and professional approach
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and support colleagues across the business
