Job Description:

Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a temporary to permanent position as a Operations Assistant for a busy transport office on the outskirts of Exeter.

*Own transport is essential*

Working hours are Monday to Friday 0500-1330

Pay £14.07 p/h paid weekly!

Job descriptions:

Answering customer calls relating to collections and delivery queries

• Allocating collections and deliveries to routes

• Investigating failed deliveries and collections

• Managing customer requests through the Customer Delivery Option system

• Inputting and maintaining accurate tracking data

• Producing daily reports within required timescales

• Liaising with drivers
