Parts Advisor Vacancy in Exeter, Devon!

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable main dealership in Exeter for the position of Parts Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and dedicated automotive professional to advance their career within a well-established dealership. The successful Parts Advisor will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock, and supporting overall parts department efficiency.

• Competitive basic salary of approximately £27,000 per annum
• OTE up to £33,000 with uncapped commission
• Monday to Friday working hours from 08:30 to 18:00, including a one-hour lunch break

Duties:

• Advising customers on parts and accessories, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Managing stock levels and ordering parts as needed
• Processing parts sales accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with stockroom organisation and inventory management
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and external customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar role within the motor trade
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Professional and proactive attitude, with a focus on customer satisfaction
