Senior Manager - Production

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Leader to join a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer.
 
Reporting directly to the Site Operations Director, you'll lead the site's Production function, driving safety, quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing manufacturing team.
 
This is a strategic leadership position where you'll influence site-wide performance, lead major improvement initiatives and work closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and R&D.
 
We're looking for someone with:

• 8+ years' pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• At least 3 years in a senior production leadership role
• Strong GMP and regulatory knowledge
• Proven Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience
• Experience leading large manufacturing teams and developing people
• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline (Lean Six Sigma or MBA advantageous)
