Job Description:

Planning Administrator – Permanent
£25,420 – £32,000 per year
Location: Exeter ( offering free parking & some hybrid working offered )

Iam looking for an organised and professional Planning Assistant to support a busy financial company on the outskirts of Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in building a career in wealth management.  The company are based within modern offices, with a number of facilities on site within stunning surroundings with free parking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Wealth Managers with client servicing and administration
• Prepare documentation for client reviews 
• Maintain records & updating systems
• First point of contact for client enquiries 
• Managing a busy Administration system and the compliance processes
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems
• Assisting the team with Administration and general office support 

What we are looking for :

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Work well in a small team
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Previous financial services would be an advantage
