Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Night Shift Production Operatives to join Rittal CSM, a leading manufacturing company based at Broadley Park Industrial Park in Roborough, Plymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for Production Operatives, Manufacturing Operatives and Paintline Operatives looking for long-term ongoing work, with the potential to become permanent.

You'll work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, loading and unloading components from an overhead paint line conveyor and ensuring quality standards are maintained.

• £17.20 per hour.
• Sunday to Thursday, 11pm-7am.
• Temporary, ongoing work with potential for permanent employment.

• Load and unload components from an overhead paint line conveyor.
• Check the quality of components and handle parts carefully.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Work as part of a supportive team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Good attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Ability to follow clear instructions.
• Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
• Willingness to complete a basic DBS check.
• Willingness to undertake random drug and alcohol testing.
