PROJECT MANAGER – CIVILS & GROUNDWORKS 📍 Exeter / South West

I'm looking to speak with experienced Project Managers from a civils and groundworks background for a new opportunity in the South West.

This is a long-term position with a strong regional workload and would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, managing teams on the ground and building strong relationships with clients.

You'll be involved in:

• Managing projects from mobilisation through to completion
• Coordinating site teams, labour and subcontractors
• Programme and resource management
• Health & Safety and quality
• Plant and materials
• Client liaison and progress meetings
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme

You'll ideally have a strong background in groundworks, civils or infrastructure, with experience at Project Manager / Contracts Manager level and the ability to manage both people and delivery.

The role will involve travel across the South West, so good knowledge of the region would be beneficial.
There is flexibility to consider either a permanent appointment or temp-to-perm, depending on your current circumstances.
