Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Outreach: Proactively call and engage potential candidates across the South West, promoting exciting roles and building strong talent pipelines.
• Depot Support: Host and assist with recruitment open days, offering a welcoming face and ensuring smooth event operations.
• Admin & Coordination: Manage booking of business meetings, coordinate candidate interviews, and actively oversee onboarding processes to deliver a seamless candidate journey.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently over the phone and in person.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
