Job Advertisement: Registered Mental Nurse

Location: Exeter
Position: Registered Mental Nurse (Days and Nights)

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Mental Health Nurses to join our site that provides 36 acute beds across two wards for men and women who have enduring mental health problems. We accept referrals and admit people 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and provide full medical, clinical and therapeutic packages including pharmacological interventions when required. 

• Pay Rate: £24.00 - £26.45 per hour (depending on experience and shift type)
• Shifts: Flexible day and night shifts available

• Prior experience in a mental health or healthcare setting 
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and dedication to patient care and recovery
• PMVA Certificate required
• Indate and Clean DBS
• Valid and Clean NMC Pin

• Support patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity
• Assist healthcare professionals in implementing care plans and therapeutic activities
• Encourage patient independence and engagement in rehabilitation tasks
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and any observations
