Residential Building Surveyor

five surveys per week, you'll have the time to deliver high-quality reports without the constant pressure.
The Role
As a
Residential Building Surveyor, you'll carry out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys, with opportunities to get involved in:
- Client liaison before and after inspections
- Desktop surveys
- New-build snagging
- Small project management work
This is a home-based
Residential Building Surveyor role offering autonomy, flexibility and plenty of variety.
About You
You'll be an experienced
Residential Building Surveyor with:
- AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS
- Experience delivering Level 2 and/or Level 3 Surveys
- Strong IT and digital reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence
Most importantly, you'll be looking for a business that values quality, not survey numbers.
