The Role

As a Residential Care Worker, you will support young people within a residential setting, helping them develop essential independent living skills while providing a safe, nurturing and positive environment.

You'll work closely with a wider multidisciplinary team to support each individual's personal development and well-being outside of their educational day.

Responsibilities include:

No two days are the same. One day might involve supporting evening routines and independent living skills, while the next could include trips to the cinema, bowling, local attractions or other community-based activities.

Training & Development

Our client is committed to investing in its people and offers:

Existing Level 3 qualifications are welcomed, but not essential.

Shift Patterns

There are a number of rota options available, including:

A two-week rolling rota including evenings, sleep-ins and alternate weekends

Monday to Friday shifts across morning and afternoon/evening hours
