Avocet Legal Careers has an exceptional opportunity for a Paralegal to join the Residential Conveyancing department of a well-established, reputable local law firm based in Exmouth.

This role would suit an experienced Paralegal with specific Residential Conveyancing experience or an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to progress their career. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated candidate to join a busy team undertaking high quality Residential Conveyancing work. 

Residential Conveyancing Paralegal responsibilities: 

• Supporting the busy fee earners with their caseloads with a view to running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters
• Dealing with work from initial instruction to completion to include purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Undertaking some business development and networking opportunities

Residential Conveyancing Paralegal requirements: 

• You will be an experienced Paralegal with experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing or you will be an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to progress your career
• You will be motivated and ambitious
• You will have strong communication skills
