JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator- Immediate Start- Temporary

LOCATION: Exeter (own transport essential due to location)

HOURLY RATE: £13 per hour

HOURS: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (1 hour for lunch)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting day‑to‑day office operations to ensure an efficient working environment
• Assisting with preparing reports, documentation, and basic data entry as required
• Maintaining accurate filing systems, both digital and paper‑based
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and general correspondence
• Providing hospitality support for visitors, including meeting room preparation
• Organising internal meetings, diaries, and team activities when required
• Monitoring and ordering office supplies to ensure resources remain well‑stocked
• Supporting wider business functions during busy periods or peak operational times
• Ensuring confidentiality is always maintained regarding customer and business information
• Contributing to continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency
• Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Participating in team briefings, meetings, and initiatives to support overall business goals
• Providing general assistance to colleagues and management as needed
