Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 DOE

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Service Administrator to join a busy and growing Exeter-based business. Acting as the link between customers, engineers and internal teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring service requests are managed efficiently, and customers receive a first-class experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and keeping operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries
• Coordinating service appointments and engineer schedules
• Managing service requests from initial enquiry through to completion
• Liaising with customers to provide updates and resolve queries
• Processing job information and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing service paperwork and documentation
• Working closely with colleagues across different departments
• Supporting the delivery of excellent customer service at all times

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within administration, customer service or coordination
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
• A positive, proactive approach to work
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Experience within a service, facilities, maintenance or scheduling environment would be beneficial but is not essential
