Job Description:
Service Desk Analyst | £150 | Inside IR35 PAYE | 3 Months | Onsite/Hybrid We’re recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst for a 3-Month contract role. This position will be vital in supporting our clients Self-Service Password Reset rollout. This position is determined as Inside IR35 PAYE and requires onsite work in either Exeter or St Austell for the first 2 weeks, with flexibility on Hybrid working 1-2 days per week following training.
Key Requirements - Confident following documented processes and procedures to resolve common service desk queries
- Strong and verbal communication skills when assisting users with password reset issues
- Accurate ticket logging and updating within service management tool following defined standards
- Ability to handle volume of user contacts during password policy rollout period
- IT troubleshooting knowledge and willingness to learn tools and processes quickly
- Willingness to commit to onsite work in either Exeter or St Austell
