Service Team Lead/ Workshop Controller

Workshop Based, Commutable from Tiverton, Wellington, South Molton, Exeter, Minehead and the surrounding areas

£32,000 - £40,000 + Excellent Benefits + Overtime + Up to 35 Days Holiday + Training & Progression + Life Assurance + Pension Scheme

Are you a motivated Leader within the Plant, Automotive, HGV or Agricultural industries looking to join an industry leading, specialist organization that will allow you to shape, mold and support your own team, workshop process and standards?

Excellent opportunity for a Service Team Lead/ Workshop Controller looking to join a market leading services provider within the plant industry, that offer stability, progression & development, and are well known for their level of service, staff retention and quality of products.

This well-established market leading company specialize in the supply of top of the range plant, industrial and agricultural equipment which is supplied predominately across the South West.

In this role you will be required to manage service technicians, leading the team using your industry expertise and overseeing the workshops general operations.

This role would ideally suit an experienced a Service Team Lead or a Service Technician who has some managerial experience, as well as a history of working on Electrics, Hydraulics, Engine and Transmission rebuilds who is looking to work for a stable yet dynamic market leading company that are well known to look after their staff.
