Site Manager – High Voltage

Kent

9–12 Months Initially
Rate: £500–£550 per day
IR35 Status: Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a major infrastructure project. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in construction and engineering projects to join a high-performing team and play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on major infrastructure, energy, or construction projects.
• Experience within large-scale civil engineering, HV cable, or interconnector projects.
• Familiarity with high-voltage cable installation or energy transmission schemes.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary and international project environments.
• Commercial awareness and cost-control understanding.
• Strong track record of delivering projects safely and on programme.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Sound understanding of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
