Salary: Circa £70,000 (All-in package)

We are recruiting a high-caliber Site Manager on behalf of a premier, award-winning luxury residential contractor known for delivering exceptional, ultra-prime private estates across the UK.

This is a rare opportunity to manage the day-to-day delivery of a magnificent, one-off bespoke residential estate in South Devon. Spanning a 3-year construction phase, this ultra-luxury build requires a proactive, on-the-ground manager who thrives on complex engineering, fine architectural detailing, and active site coordination.

We are strictly looking for a driver, not a "cabin manager" who sits behind a desk all day. We need an energetic, visible, and hands-on Site Manager who stays on the ground-monitoring build quality, driving trades, anticipating site friction, and keeping the work moving at pace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Active Site Presence: Lead from the front on site every day, managing sub-contractors and trades to keep the project on target.

• Quality Control: Enforce exact standards across complex structural work, bespoke architectural finishes, and high-spec installations.

• Daily Site Logistics: Oversee day-to-day operations, deliveries, and site access on a large private estate.

• Trade Management: Drive performance and accountability across specialist trades, ensuring work is completed safely and to spec.

• Health & Safety: Maintain strict RAMS compliance and site standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ultra-Prime Residential Experience: Proven track record delivering high-value, bespoke 1-off private residential builds.

• Proactive & Driven: A manager who naturally belongs out on site with the trades rather than behind a desk.

• Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of high-end finishes, structural builds, and complex specialist trades.

• Certifications: Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work.

• Location: Based in or easily commutable to South Devon for the 3-year project duration.

• Salary: Circa £70,000 per annum (all-inclusive package).

• Project Lifespan: 3 years of continuous work on a landmark private project.
