Site Manager – Near Okehampton, West Devon
Full Time | 12-Month FTC
We need an experienced, hands-on Site Manager to lead a major live construction project near Okehampton. If you've got strong trade knowledge, a safety-first mindset and the leadership to run a busy site, we want to hear from you.
The role
- Run the day-to-day site operation and manage team performance
- Drive full Health & Safety and CDM compliance; manage RAMS and permits
- Coordinate teams, plant and machinery for maximum efficiency
- Monitor workmanship and quality against spec
- Attend site meetings with client, Architect and QS
- Manage procurement and sub-contractor performance
- Deliver on programme, on budget and to client satisfaction
What you need
- HNC/HND or relevant trade qualification
- Current SMSTS
- Current First Aid at Work
- Proven, recent Site Manager experience in construction
- Strong leadership across multiple trades
- Solid Health & Safety knowledge and good IT skills (MS Office)
- Full UK driving licence (held 6+ months)

Hours: 07:45–16:30 Mon–Thu, 07:45–15:30 Fri
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check (including the Children's and Adults' Barred List). Additional client vetting may apply.
