Store Manager | Fashion Retail | Exeter | Up to £37,000 + Bonus

We are recruiting for a Store Manager to join a leading fashion retail brand in Exeter. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Store Manager or a strong Assistant Manager ready to step into full store responsibility within a busy retail environment.

As Store Manager, you will lead from the front, drive sales performance, develop your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast paced fashion retail setting.

Store Manager Responsibilities

• Drive sales, KPIs and overall retail performance
• Lead, coach and develop a high performing retail team
• Deliver exceptional customer service standards across the store
• Manage payroll, stock control and store operations
• Use commercial reports to react to trade and maximise opportunities
• Maintain strong visual merchandising and brand standards
• Recruit and develop talent within your retail team

What we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager within fashion retail
• A strong track record of delivering results in a retail environment
• Passionate about people leadership and customer experience
• Commercially aware with strong organisational skills
• Hands on leadership style with the ability to thrive in fast paced retail
