Location: Exeter (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £15.59 per hour
Job Type: Temporary Contract (until at least 31st December 2026)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday

About the Company

Our client is a large, well-established organisation with a strong employer brand and a commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.

Due to increased recruitment activity, they are seeking a Temporary Recruitment Resourcer to join their Talent Acquisition team and provide essential support across the recruitment process until at least 31st December 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous recruitment, resourcing or talent acquisition experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

The Role

As a Temporary Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment campaigns across the organisation. Working alongside Talent Acquisition Partners and the wider recruitment team, you will help deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.

This is a varied role involving candidate engagement, recruitment administration, stakeholder communication and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting candidate screening and sift calls via Microsoft Teams
• Managing recruitment administration and maintaining accurate records
• Producing recruitment reports and updating internal systems
• Liaising with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
• Taking notes during interviews and recruitment meetings
• Supporting recruitment campaigns across multiple vacancies
• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with general recruitment coordination activities
• Supporting ad-hoc recruitment projects as required

About You

• Previous recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or recruitment administration experience
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with candidates and stakeholders
• Not phone-shy and comfortable conducting screening calls
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Excellent administrative and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office applications
• Proactive and able to work independently when required
• Positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
