Van Driver – Exeter

Pay: £13.21 per hour 
Hours: 45 plus per week
Shifts: Monday - Saturday or Monday - Saturday with a day off in the week
Start Date: ASAP

The Role 

Backline Logistics are currently recruiting for Van Drivers to work with one of our established clients in Exeter.

This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing work, full-time hours with temp-to-perm opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Operate a company van safely and professionally 

• Complete deliveries and collections as required 

• Carry out daily vehicle checks 

• Complete all required paperwork and delivery documentation 

• Plan and complete delivery routes efficiently 

• Assist with loading and unloading where required 

• Provide excellent customer service 

• Work safely and in accordance with company and site procedures 

What We’re Looking For 

• Full UK driving licence 

• You will required to have a DBS assessment.

• Good knowledge of local and UK roads 

• Comfortable completing multi-drop deliveries where required 

• Reliable and professional approach 

• Good communication and customer service skills 

• Ability to work independently
