Job Description:

As a Works Co-Ordinator in the not-for-profit sector, you'll be responsible for managing property-related tasks and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. This role is temporary and requires a detail-oriented individual to keep operations on track and efficient.

Description

• Coordinate and schedule property maintenance and repair works efficiently.
• Act as the main point of contact between contractors and internal teams.
• Keep accurate records of work orders and ensure timely updates.
• Monitor progress and ensure all tasks meet set deadlines.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during property projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support the team with administrative tasks related to property management.
• Provide clear communication to all stakeholders regarding project status.

Profile

A successful Works Co-Ordinator should have:

• Experience in coordinating or managing property-related tasks.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

Job Offer

• Hourly pay between £12.00 and £14.00, dependent on the level of experience.
