Job Description:

Site Manager – Exeter, Devon – External Roofing & Refurbishment Works - Starting 12th Oct for 5-6 weeks 

Our client are a leading contractor with sites arounf the UK, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage a project involving two residential units: one flat-roof replacement and repairs to one pitched roof.

Tasks/ Responsibilities:

• Ordering of Labour

• Point of contact between site and office

• Ordering of Materials 

• Identify and resolve any issues with the project 

• To be a point of contact for our client. 

Skills/ Qualifications required:

• SMSTS 

• CSCS Card

• Asbestos Awareness & Fire Marshal (in date)

• First Aid Certificate
